While we understand that everyone wants to have an enjoyable time, it's important to remember that our establishment values the comfort and peace of all our guests and permanent residents.
Excessive noise not only disrupts the tranquility of our space but also impacts the quality of stay for others.
We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a pleasant
experience for everyone. To comply with Queensland bylaws, all balconies must be vacated and doors
closed by 10.30 pm.
Additionally, we must emphasize the importance of respectful and courteous behavior towards fellow
guests and staff members. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or infringes upon the rights and
comfort of others will not be tolerated.
We believe in fostering a welcoming and harmonious environment for all our guests, and your cooperation
in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated. Should you have any concerns or require assistance
during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff, who are here to assist you.

You will have 2 sets of keys per apartment. The black fobs access the main gate, stairwell, and
garage roller doors. Lost keys will incur a charge of $185
One carpark per apartment is provided. Please ensure you park correctly in your allocated car
park. Securely lock your vehicle & possessions, please. Limited visitor parking is available in the garage.
PLEASE, NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN THE CARPARK
If you are staying 10 nights or more, you will receive a mid-week service. Additional
servicing may be arranged 24 hours prior at Reception for an additional charge.
Free unlimited Wi-Fi is provided during your stay. There is a card on your fridge with the network and
password on it.
Checkout time is 10 am. A late checkout may be arranged at Reception, subject to availability, and an
additional cost. PLEASE ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away or placed in the dishwasher and the
cycle started. Place all used towels etc. in a pile on the bathroom floor.
All rubbish and recycling is removed from the apartment and taken to the Rubbish room located in the
basement by the garage entrance ramp. Flatten all cardboard and place bottles and cans in the yellow lid
bins. All other rubbish goes in the large metal skip bin.
If any items are left dirty, damaged, or missing an additional charge will apply. If you are departing
before 9.00 am, please place all keys in the black Key Drop Box by Reception.
Smoking/vaping There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed within the Bella Mare Apartments complex.
This includes patios and balconies.
Toilet paper, dish liquid, dish wash powder, etc are provided to assist you in the first couple
of days of your stay. Your own supplies can be purchased from any of the 4 supermarkets within walking
distance from the apartments.
In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, please turn off the A/C & lights
when you are not in your apartment, and on your departure.
Open from 7 am-9 pm. Please clean the BBQ after you have used it and dispose of your rubbish
correctly.
Gym is located in the southeast corner of the basement garage. Please collect a key from reception during
office hours if you wish to use the gym.
Please leave the remotes on the coffee table when you leave and don’t remove the batteries thanks!
A lock-out fee of $100 applies if management must assist you in accessing the resort and/or your
room outside of Reception hours.
Located by the main entrance gate, open 7 am – 9 pm. THIS IS STRICTLY A NO
GLASS/ALCOHOL/FOOD AREA, and we ask that consideration be given to all other guests in the area
while you are there.
Pool towels are available for hire at Reception. $5 per towel for the duration of your stay. Please leave the
towels in the apartment on departure. Lost pool towels will be charged $25.
In case of an emergency, please call 000 for Police, Fire or Ambulance. For Non-Urgent
Police matters call 131 444.
The main bus stop is located in Griffith St, outside Mantra Twin Towns. GoCards can be
purchased from Tweed Mall News or Coolangatta News & Lotto.
